Returns Policy

We accept, at our sole discretion, returns for damaged items (were it is clear that the item was damaged whilst with us or in transit with our chosen courier) and items not fit for purpose/not as described within 14 days. Items that prove to be faulty may be returned within 28 days. Customer is liable for return shipping costs.

Marina Press will determine whether or not an item is faulty and cannot accept liability for any damage or fault occurring through neglect, malicious damage, misuse or Act Of God. Our decision is final. You may also be able to claim compensation from the courier, we can provide details.

Your Statutory Rights are not effected.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Site, the Products or Services and these TOU at any time without prior notice to you. You should therefore review these TOU each time you access this Site to keep apprised of these changes. If you do not agree to the changes implemented by Marina Press your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your relationship with us as a customer of the Products or Services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features or products that change, augment or enhance Marina Press’s Products or Services offerings will be subject to this Agreement.

You agree that the owners of this web site exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this web site and its services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently.
